This practice invites the idea that Qi is energy that runs through the body. When we are impacted by emotional trauma, we may feel blocked, stuck, and unsatisfied with where our life is going. A focus on cultivating and balancing “Qi” or “life force energy” can allow for harmony between mind, body, and spirit.
It combines gentle movements, controlled breathing, and meditation to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. Often described as "moving meditation," Qigong exercises help improve physical flexibility, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Unlike some forms of exercise that rely on muscular strength, Qigong emphasizes relaxation and flow, making it accessible to people of all ages and physical conditions.
Healing is rarely straightforward; it’s a gradual journey that requires exploring deeper emotional wounds that are holding you back.
With Qigong coaching, I offer Energetic Bloodwork Analysis where a review of your bloodwork will be done as it gives me a window into your physical and emotional well-being. This insight allows me to recommend nourishing foods and targeted supplements to support your healing process.
Healing emotional trauma is a deeply personal journey, and Qigong offers a gentle, holistic path tailored to your unique needs. In our work together, I'll support you in feeling more grounded, safe, and connected in your body. Through energetic & somatic practices, I'll create space for emotional release, resilience, and deeper understanding.

I have had quite a few encounters with spirit and ghosts as a kid, but I didn’t know what any of this meant back then. As I got older, I turned off this part of me and my emotional health started to tank. When I took some time to self-reflect and dive deeper in my healing, I realized that studying energy, tapping into my intuition, & using self-compassion has helped me feel better. This connection to spirit and intuition helped me with feeling more supported and guided in many ways and more specifically, helped me with my mother’s absence. My story of parent loss isn’t like most. My mother had high blood pressure that escalated into fatal seizures and died a day after giving birth to my twin brother and I. I can assure you that I have felt my mother’s absence and my mother’s presence in many ways in my life.
As a child, I noticed that I was naturally more self-compassionate but as I got older, I fell away from this mindset. Being tough on myself has been my go-to way of coping, but implementing self-compassion has allowed me to feel more grounded. I've explored many paths to healing & have found myself returning to what brought me the most peace as a child. I’m passionate about empowering others to incorporate Qigong & self-compassion into their own healing journeys. These practices can foster resilience and invite a deeper sense of well-being.
